Carriers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate commercial vehicles in the U.S. with all required certifications.
2. Account Registration
Accurate data is mandatory. You are responsible for account security and must report any unauthorized access immediately.
3. Documentation
MC/DOT Certificates, COI, W-9, and CDL must be submitted and kept current to maintain active status.
4. Payments & Fees
Settlements are issued via ACH. The first time subscription cost $300.00 to get started and is required upon profile approval.
5. Lawful Use
The platform must be used only for legal logistics operations. Misuse or false data results in immediate termination.
6. Responsibilities
Transport freight safely, maintain insurance, and provide accurate PODs. Follow all shipper-specific load requirements.
7. Safety Compliance
Carriers must adhere to DOT and HOS regulations. We monitor safety scores to ensure network reliability.
8. Cancellations
Notify us immediately if a load cannot be completed. Frequent cancellations may result in account review.
9. Liability Scope
We are a facilitator connecting you with freight. We are not liable for cargo damage or operational delays.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and materials are the property of Lanes for Freight LLC.
11. Privacy & Data
Your business information is collected to facilitate shipments and is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first addressed through informal negotiation. Legal matters follow the laws of our operating state.
13. Termination
Account termination may occur for term violations. Carriers can close their portal access at any time.
14. Term Updates
We may update these terms periodically. Continued platform use implies your acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
Agreements are construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Lanes for Freight LLC is registered.
